Shipping policy

At Évienne Hair Co., we are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible.

 

ORDER PROCESSING: 

Please allow up to 9 business days for order processing before your package ships. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information within 10 business days of placing your order.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days after processing.
We offer USPS Expedited Shipping for a flat rate of $15.00

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

For calculated shipping rates, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and 
displayed at checkout.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS & EXCHANGES 
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original 
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at eviennehairco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis. However, will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
